Join us for our 8-Week Personal Training Challenge!
Prize: We’re giving the gift of fitness! The participant who demonstrates the most progress over the 8-week challenge will win ten 30-minute sessions for a family member or friend!
Start/End Dates: Monday, February 20th–Sunday, April 16th (Easter Sunday)
1. Participants MUST train at least once per week for the entire eight weeks to qualify.
2. Participants MUST have before/during/after pictures taken, preferably when assessments are completed. Male participants must wear shorts only (no t-shirts), and females must wear a sports bra or cropped tank top and shorts.
3. Participants must be assessed by the trainers at least three times during the challenge. Trainers are responsible for keeping track of their clients’ progress.
1. Complete the “before” InBody assessment no later than Saturday, February 25th. The earlier, the better!
2. Complete the 4-week check-in InBody assessment by Monday, March 20th.
3. Complete the last check-in no later than Thursday, April 20th.
How Winner is Determined:
· 2 points per pound of muscle gained
· 1 point per % body fat lost
· Highest # of points by the end of the challenge will win the 10 sessions!
