GROUP FITNESS AT PURLIFE
Endurance – 45 minutes
This full-body workout is designed to improve cardiovascular health and muscular endurance. The class focuses on lighter weights and higher repetitions to tone muscles and improve stamina. Participants work through timed intervals of exercises for every muscle group. The class also features short cardio intervals on the treadmills, arc trainers, rowers, and spin bikes.

Power – 45 minutes
This full-body workout focuses on muscular strength and hypertrophy (muscle growth). This class utilizes heavier weights with fewer repetitions, which will help participants build muscle in a fun, high-energy setting. This type of training has also been shown to increase bone density and lower blood pressure in addition to many other benefits. The class also features short cardio intervals on the treadmills, arc trainers, rowers, and spin bikes.

Cardio – 45 minutes
This heart-pumping, calorie-torching class is designed to challenge and increase cardiovascular endurance. In addition to short intervals on the treadmill, bike, rower, and arc trainer, the class utilizes the Queenax functional training system, battle ropes, and our turf to incorporate stability training, plyometrics, and bodyweight exercises to keep participants engaged and entertained! This HIIT class makes cardio fun!

Assault – 45 minutes
This lower body and core class is the perfect balance of toning, strength, and cardio to build the ultimate lower body. Although the glutes are the targeted muscles, participants will strengthen all parts of their legs and core with a mix of high/low repetitions using weights, mini-bands, bodyweight exercises, and plyometrics. Learn how to perform variations of squats, deadlifts, lunges, hip thrusts, and more to activate your entire lower half. This class is the ultimate leg day!

Bootcamp – 45 minutes
This outdoor bootcamp is a mixture of all concepts of fitness. It is one hour of fitness fun in the south Florida sun! Our state-of-the-art classroom takes center stage on 2nd Ave in Pineapple Grove; so break a sweat on a Saturday with the best workout crew in Delray Beach!

Yoga – 45 minutes
Yoga is a relaxing way to calm both the mind and body. Deep stretching with mental relaxation is a great way to improve flexibility, relieve stress, eliminate muscle soreness, and prevent or heal injuries.
