Our world-class instructors focus heavily on proper form and technique as our classes change daily to keep members constantly challenged and motivated! Classes utilize a wide array of equipment including barbells, dumbbells, power blocks, kettlebells, BOSU balls, slam balls, battle ropes, and much more.
Unique to Purlife Fitness Center, our state-of the-art Queenax functional training system is at the core of our classes; instructors use TRX, superfunctional bars, resistance bands, ladders, rings, landmines, and pull up bars to create the optimal environment for stability and strength training.
