This heart-pumping, calorie-torching class is designed to challenge and increase cardiovascular endurance. In addition to short intervals on the treadmill, bike, rower, and arc trainer, the class utilizes the Queenax functional training system, battle ropes, and our turf to incorporate stability training, plyometrics, and bodyweight exercises to keep participants engaged and entertained!
