A private gym membership with us at Purlife includes a complimentary personal training session. This will assist you by familiarizing you with the equipment, facilities, and pointing you in the right direction based upon your preliminary goals. However, we encourage anyone who continues with their private gym membership to engage the services of any of our staff of CPTs to help them either: redefine their fitness goals, get back on track after a hiatus or help them to squeeze out one more set!
